Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the Parcelers network and this website. By using the service you agree to them.
Acceptance
If you use Parcelers on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
The service
Parcelers provides rating, label distribution, tracking and warehouse-fulfilment capabilities, exposed as tools over the Model Context Protocol and through connected stores. Carrier services are provided by the carriers and suppliers on the network; Parcelers is the platform that connects you to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions taken under it, including those carried out by an agent you connect and authorise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to ship prohibited or restricted goods, not to misuse carrier credentials, and not to use the network to break the law or a carrier's terms.
Carriers and suppliers
Suppliers who list carrier services set their own rates and must hold valid credentials and pass onboarding checks. Earnings and payouts are governed by the supplier terms presented at onboarding.
Payment
Shippers fund labels and fulfilment from prepaid credit. Charges are shown before booking where rates are available. Taxes apply as required by law.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Parcelers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and carrier liability for a shipment is governed by that carrier's own terms.
